Summary of Meeting 3/17/16:
In attendance were Darryl W. Perry (Chair), Caryn Ann Harlos, Susan Hogarth, Robert Jim Fulner and James Gholston.

War on Drugs: Amended.
Inflation and Depression: Passed unanimously.
Foreign Intervention: Darryl recommended that this be deleted with some items to be added to Military Policy plank. No decision made until after Military policy reviewed.
Military Policy: One paragraphs was hashed out with the rest to be taken up next meeting.

Military Policy: This passed unanimously after extensive review. Portion was cut and move to Weapons of Mass Destruction.
Foreign Intervention: Deleted without objection.
Presidential War Powers: This passed unanimously.
Agriculture: Started to be finished next meeting.

Weapons of Mass Destruction: Adopted as modified without objection.
Agriculture: The plank was approved.
International Travel and Foreign Investments: This was approved with one abstention with one portion being moved to Migration.
Finance and Capital Investment: Passed unanimously.
Platform Reorganization: This was discussed at length and an agreement was reached to consider the new headings and organization proposed by Caryn Ann Harlos following the model used by Colorado. This will be discussed in group prior to the next meeting.

Consumer Protection: Approved with changes unanimously. Reference to the FAA will be put into committee notes.
Inflation and Depression: Was previously approved and language will be put into LPedia.

Each member in attendance went through their notes (if any) on Section 1 including adding items from previous Committee notes. The re-ordering proposals were debated and a compromise unanimously adopted. The Right to Keep and Bear Arms title was changed to the Right to Self-Defense.
